Default B16B stock intake manifold vs Skunk2

Is there any big difference between a stock B16B intake manifold and a skunk2 intake manifold?

bump... does anyone know? has any one ever put a skunk 2 intake manifold on a b16b and gained any HP?

i dunno but i swaped my skunk 2 out for a stock jdm p30. car feels better.

i love the itr one i had on my ls vtec coupe. and i lost power on my hatchback when i placed my skunk2 on it so i replaced it with the stock jdm p30 i dont like skunk2 i think you just pay for the name.

I have a book of dyno runs and on a b16 (in a del sol ) w/ basics, a ported b16 Intake manifold made more power than ANY other IM, it was something rediculous like 7hp to the wheels, it beat out all the other oem and aftermarket intakes like skunk2 and venom, with a type r IM the b16actually lost alot of power with a small gain at like 8000 rpm. The book is called how to make honda horsepower, lots of good info

no #'s to base this on, but the ctr im is pretty damn good. I think you could find a better way to spend the money save for individual throttle boddies
