You will need the axles and shift linkage and mounts from the Bseries engine. Assuming the rest of the swap is complete (intake mani, dist, ecu) then you should not need anything else.

If the b16a2 is obd-2 (its should be) your going to have to change over a couple of things from your old engine (i.e. obd-1 sensors). I have a 94 ex that I put a b16a2 in and I had to get:
P/D side axels (94+ teg or 99-00 Si) I got mine from raxels.com.
Mount kit
Upper and lower raditor hoses (from a 99 Si)
B-Series Shift linkages (99 Si)
Chipped ECU (but it will run without chip, Vtec will kick in at 5200)
From my old engine I swaped over the the whole throttle body (form the d16) just to make things simple.
One other good trick is to swap over the speedo sensor, mine wasnt reading the 99 Si sensor right so I swap it (the sensor from the d-series tranny) over and it worked great. The vtec wont kick in unless the speedo is working right.
Good luck!!

thats intresting that you have to get motor mounts..i was told you dont need to use aftermarket..how much do you have in the whole swap NA99si??? on a pretty tight budget right now..

ok you dont need a mount kit but you will need a rear mount from a 94+ teg and a tranny mount from a 99-00 si. if i remember right from my swap they are the only two mounts you need to change. as far as the vtec thing about the speed sensor you are correct. vtec only works if all of the things below work.
1 vss is hooked up and working must be over 10 mph
2 the vehicle is at operating temp. i think its atleast 80 degrees
3 there is enough oil pressure to actuate the solenoid. not enough oil will cause vtec to not work and the car to go into limp mode and throw a cel.
hope this helps
