Default B16a swap questions

So I have a b16a in a 94 eg.
An I'm getting code 14,19,12.
I know code 19 is cause the ecu is auto an mine it's manual.
Code 14 is the iacv. I clean it already few times an it still has a high idle an when I disconnect it the idle gets normal.
Can I used d15b7 iacv on my b16a?

Codes 12 and 19 tell you to BUY the correct ECU for your car. Then go from there.

Get the correct ECU for your car. I can't believe you are going to try and diagnose any other problems with the wrong "brain" running the car. If you are still throwing a code after the ECU replacement only THEN should you worry about it.

Okay. So I guess my p30 is bad cause I try a p28 with chrome chip tuned for a b16a with type r top end. It was my old motor an got to barrow The ecu.
An I got NO cel. But when I jump the wires to check i there's any codes the srs blinks.
