Default B16A Header opinions/brands

Currently running an em1 with a b16a, aem short ram, and skunk2 mega power..

destroyed my header the other day and was looking for some insight on brands..i want a dc sports but megan is more in my price range at the moment.. comments?

I don't care for either of those brands, they both make cheaper SS

Why not source out a nice used jdm brand header like Mugen or Toda? You will get a nicer product!!

Also, keep in mind, headers make next to nothing for power on a B16A engine

@deetz- yeah, power-wise anything would be better than what I have currently (OBX)..a beat up and nearly creased one at that. I've found a ceramic coated dc on ebay for like 300 shipped, i just don't want to get something that will rust out or sound like garbage. i'm more concerned with getting a reliable and consistent setup than huge gains in power at the moment

Funny thing about DC is that they do rust, i am not that impressed with them. Even the SS headers have flanges that rust, better companies use better materials all the way around...just a heads up

stock. not much to be gained with an aftermarket header on a b16, unless you have deep pockets.
