without turbo - yes and it will cost about the same or more than a B-swap
with turbo - easy and it can be done for less than $400.

just get a turbo kit and boost you can hit 14's on a stock block but not many are fans of the d15 your better off with a z6 or a6 block. im running low 14's on a stock z6 turbo on 10psi with a gt28r

You'll need about 250-260whp. I have a 246whp all motor EG hatch and I run consistent 14.2's on street tires @ Bristol Motor Speedway which is notorious for running horrible times. So if I were at another track that runs faster it would be a mid 13 car.

Definately can be accomplished just by bolting on a turbo and gettin a nice tune. also i have many parts for d16's including a full z6 swap, a bare block(d16z6), pistons, rods, bisimoto valvetrain w/ 3.6 turbo cam, aem ecu, and much more if you need anything. my turbo got stolen so canj't help there but good luck man hope it comesout great

I'm not trying to be an ***, but the difference between a 14 second timeslip and a 13 second timeslip is freaking HUGE!!! I'm sure there's some clever car length calculator to try and calculate the difference in car lengths, but I'd imagine it'd be like 8 car lengths or more between a 13.0 car and a 14.0 car.
That's a really big gap there. Having said this it'd be nice to hammer your goal down to more of a "firmed up" time so that suggestions can be made to you to try and help you attain the goal.
Also this topic is teetering on fully blown "e-racing" which is basically a discussion involving "my car vs. my friend's car" so let's try and just keep this a topic about your car reaching a particular horsepower and ET/trap speed goal.

I've ran 13.3@104mph with a 2.0 60 footer at 1100ft. above sea level with only 175whp in a 2010lb. EG hatch.
How much does your car weigh? I'm not trying to make you feel bad or anything, but those times are pretty crazy/odd for the whp you've got.

Agreed...180 whp should get you in the 13s easily. You'd have to be at some crazy elevation or being running bicycle tires to get 14s with 240+ whp.
EDIT:
Ah, Bristol, TN, elevation 1672'. With the .9822 sec correction factor, that would put him in the low 13s at sea level.

i pulled mid-high 13's all day with a b16a in a completely (and i mean completely) gutted eg hatch. you dont need power so much as driving experience, a decent clutch, and tires that will try to stick. dont chase numbers on a small budget, youll break ****.
