Default b16a crank removal?

Anyone know how to remove the screws on the side of the crank? Do you need a Torque screw driver?

whoa, i am totally lost. you need to explain yourself much, much more clearly, bro. the crank shaft does not have a plate with three screws on one side, and i would advise you against useing any imaginary tools. especially things called torque screw drivers.

The block is stripped. All that is left is the crank and their is a plate on the inside of the block that opposite side of the transmission. The "torque screw i'm not sure of the technicical name but you use it to remove the screws in rotors. You pound it and it turns the screw. The plat appears to be all that is still holding the crank in the block.

i can't get pictures. It is a silver plate with three phillips screws in it. It is on the indise of the block. It is on the side which has the bolt for the crank opposit the transmission. That is the best I can do to describe it.

you sure you're not talking about the oil pump??

you'll need to remove the crank pulley, to slide off the oil pump, and then the crank will come off. The screws you're talking about are for the cover to the oil pump
