Default B16A

Worth it for a complete swap? All I can afford, and I'm afraide if I save up i'll end up dumping the extra into suspension / etc enstead of going for a higher swap

Driving a 96 sol bone stock (D16Y7) , no plans to boost.

you will notice the difference more in the mid to high rpms but down low it will feel the same and still get great MPG

And if I was going to get one from HMO.com which one should I ****** up?

And they come with everything right? So I could just take it to a shop and pay someone to drop it in for me and be good to go?

Should I upgrade / improve anything else before I swap? Car is bone stock.

Yes, Hmotors will provide you with everything you need, just make sure you read the print of whats included, just to make thing clear.
Remember
Motor *(complete with sensors and mounts, ect)
trans*
Linkage*
Wiring harness (for LHD car) *
ECU*

In my opinion, you may get a better experience out of it all by investing in hasport (or any other company) mounts, and it would be wise to buy a new clutch for it before its all swapped in. Either OEM or upgraded would be fine.

if you have a garage i'd highly advise saving the money to pay a shop to do it, and invest in some tools and do it yourself.

i'd change the timing belt/water pump, while the motor is out, along with the clutch.

honestly swapping a motor isn't very hard.
