Default B16 Tranny problem.

Hey everyone i have a B18B Motor with a B16 tranny and today i was doing a oil change on my car and i realized that i can see my flywheel and wow its pretty rusty. I was wondering shouldn't that be hiding? The bolt by the coilant hose is loose i can twist it with my fingers too. When my car was running and you rest your hand on the shifter you can feel it shake pretty bad but it shifts perfectly fine. My problem is what is soppuse to be covering that and where can i find it.
