Any other Ideas on why my ECU doesnt flash codes when I jump it?
Have to do with it being JDM??

Bump on ECU question..
Again so you dont have to read the whole post..
When I jump my connector to get my CEL to flash codes, it just makes the CEL stay on, and my SRS light to blink over and over and over, to 115 last time I counted..
I used the stock wire harness so I dont see how the ecu could be wired wrong since I dont have to re-pin or change the harness at all. Battery was out before I did anything so it didnt short the ecu putting it in. Dizzy is bad so I dont have any spark, but the Knock sensor isnt hooked up, and I unplugged the O2 Sensor too, so there should be 2 codes at least flashing..Any ideas?
And please refrain from saying its the wires, I've had 2 shops tell me im good once I have my new dizzy. I had to use the JDM clip for the speed sensor, extend the O2 sensor wire to the back for the JDM B16, and thats it..Its a 95 ex sohc vtech..swapped with a 95 jdm b16

The SRS light flashing is a mystery you will have to discover on your own. I have no clue. If the MIL stays on when the service check connector is jumped then there are no codes in the ECU. Your knock and O2 codes will only occur when you finally start the car. Have fun with it and happy tuning!!!

Well thats good to know, so everything is working so far with no codes, I guess that means all the other wires are correct. Im buying a new dizzy in about an hour, so ill throw it in and see if it fires..

The ECU will not look for a no-signal status on a sensor until it knows it's throwing spark. You do see the light at the end of the tunnel, but don't underestimate the possible delays, that light could be the train coming right for ya. Have fun and happy tuning!!!
