B16 Head removal

I am trying to take off the cylinder head on a B16 and have never worked on DOHC mootors before what is the correct way to do this and torque specs on everything thanks any pics would be great also.

If you cant get the head itself off...i'm doubtful that you'll be able to accomplish whatever it is you're attempting to do, yanno?

Invest in a Helms manual and you'll thank yourself tenfold.
