the Type R manifold is nothing more than a B16's with a factory port and polish. They are the same cast. Be careful of what you buy as B18C1 intake manifold (94+ GSR) will not fit on a b16 head, the bolt pattern is different.

Actually I think the runners on the P30 manifold are a little different. Not positive

they are different. The P30 is better for midrange and the P73 has a little shorter runners which makes it better for top end.
Plus the P73 has a smooth top without any markings = pure sex.

that only applies to the head. the manifold's are slightly different as said in this post:
