I bought a set of Blox camgears my engine is a stock GSR I mainly bought them 4 show for now. I may boost down the road so they will be handy then. My question 4 now to set them for stock setting do I just have to set the reading on gear to zero mark. And that will be the same as having it with a stock camgear???

yes. set the "degrees" on the cam gears to ZERO. we had issues with my friends cam gears because it had a different amount of TEETH on the gears compared to stock.
