axles
does anyone know how much stock si axles can handle for power. my axles are still good and i dont really want to spend more and buy new ones but i do plan on running about 300whp. does anyone know if the axles could handle it without breaking?

Many things come into affect when talking about axles. If you are solely going on power, yes, they can handle some decent power from what I've seen. Anywhere in the 250-300 whp range.

just stay away from wheel-hop. that's gonna kill em(get a traction bar). preloading saves axles too during some hard launches(takes some practice)

thanks guys. the car is being built to handle the abuse ive beefed just about everything up. my last set up had stronger axles and they came with that engine but since it was stolen i have to go back to the parts i started with.
wolve do you know where to get a good traction bar?
