Default Axle Nuts from HELL!!! HELP NEEDED

Alright so im in the process of building another Hatch back with a H22. This is besides the point. I am stuck on the axle nuts. Ive run into this problem with some of my other vechicles but this one is by far the worst. I have broken two breaker bars one craftsman and one three foot snap -on. I have tried using a five foot pipe as an extension on the breaker bar and the dam things wont give. Then i went to my 1/2 inch drive impact wrench and that wouldnt even budge the things. I have soaked them in PB metal blaster for two days stright now also.

So now at this point should i give up on trying to get them off the correct way and break out the wizz wheel and cut them off. The axles on there will not be reused due to the motor that is going in there. I can't think of any other methods to try besides this. If anyone else has any suggestions at this point please feel free?????

I would have used the torch to heat it before breaking more breaker bars. Those are expensive... especially the snap-on.

Completly forgot about torch that should deff do it.
They both were quite expensive the snap on breaker bar ($258) but gotta love the no questions asked replacement policy. I love going to get the replacements when i break my tools; makes me feel like i got my moneys worth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the quick reply though....

Heat it to the point where it's cherry red. Then use a 3/4" breaker bar and you're golden.

Heat em up fast so you dont cook the grease in the wheel bearings.
