its not that bad please someone correct me if i am wrong bu you need a new transmission of course the clutch assembly i.e. pedal, hydraulic lines, also new brake pedal stock one is to big lol. but most of it is pretty much bolting it in but it is labor instensive but not hard just take your time and you should be fine. you might also want to invest in a gauge cluster that has a tach in it so you know when your shifting and please just dont go and get a monster 7" tach pleeaase.

the parts that i needed were:
manual tranny (came with swap)
pedal assembly (both the clutch assembly as well as gas/brake)
clutch resvouir
hard lines/fittings (had to use a reducer with the kit i bought from someone to make it fit with the slave cylinder on the b16 tranny, but its possible)

How hard? On a scale of 1 - 10, it like a 7. You must do welding (if you don't want to buy the Place Racing trans. mount), mod your ecu or buy a 5-speed one, cut the floor for the shifter, plug up the hole in the floor for the auto shifter, do some rewiring to make the reverse lights work and to make the car start, plus buy all the parts and do the wrench time (unless you pay someone else). I did it all myself so I think it was worth it. If I could not do it myself, I would find a 5-speed car to begin with.

Re: auto to stick how hard? (realblag)
parts needed for
5 speed tranny
5 speed ECU
Flywheel
clutch kit
5 speed pedal assy(much easier in my opinion to convert the whole pedal assy
clutch master cylinder(if hydro)
clutch resvior(spelling error)
slave cylinder with hard lines or Steel Braid(if hydro)
front torsion mount(if hydro)
front mount (if Cable)
top pass side mount from 5 speed car(usually drill out spot welds and insert used mount then reweld)
rear 5 speed mount(unless your ghetto and reuse the auto with one bolt hole)
Cable lever(if cable tranny equipped)
Shiftlinkage
5 Speed shift console
Actually wiring:
unclip auto engagement, splice two wires for either Drive or Neutral so car will start
for reverse lights, one of the two wires needs power for back up lights, you'll find this once you play with the two wires. it will complete a curcuit when power is added, usually when the lever is put into reverse
have fun

Re: auto to stick how hard? (Cnote)
if you can do a clutch job, you can do the swap. its about as easy as pie.
there are a few things you might want to do extra to do it right like:
wire for reverse lights
weld-in upper tranny bracket
but thats it, piece of cake, most tedious part is switching pedal assemblies

actually with mine, i found it easier just to swap the brake pedal and just add the clutch pedal.
The hardest part about this way it is getting the tension spring back on the brake pedal, but if you mess with it for a while, it will go back on
good luck
