Default Auto>Manual Reverse Light Question

Im doing a Auto to manual swap into my 1998 EK/Ej6
And going off this DIY (https://honda-tech.com/forums/hybrid-engine-swaps-18/%5Bfaq%5D-96-00-auto-manual-swap-full-detail-44pics-2545764/) It says "Next there is a yel/red wire and a grn/blk wire. Doesnt matter what way they go they do the same. These are for your reverse lights. Connect some line to them and run it through the firewall to your reverse light switch. And your set. " Where is my reverse light switch? Is it the sensor on my Tranny?

Can anyone point it out, Pictures would help! I tried googling but a lot of them gave me different type of wire colors, also some say you cant and what not...Can someone please help me that has done a swap in a 96-98 EK and give me the wire colors and where they go.

And can someone confirm if this is true
"Cut the plug off. Your going to have a 2 thick blk wires and 1 blk/blu wire, Solder those 3 together. Those together lets your car think its in park and releases the key and starts your car. Important "
Are these the right wire colors on a 96-98 EK/Ej6

The reverse sensor on the manual transmission will be on the passenger side of the housing, just below and to the front of the axle. It's the only sensor down there, two wire. Pretty hard to miss.

So its not the sensor close to the firewall/back, but the sensor/wires that are in front of the passenger side?

Im guessing the sensor closer to the firewall is the speed sensor

To avoid hacking into the wiring any more than necessary, I cut the pigtail off the discarded automatic shifter. It has the start, neutral safety, and reverse light functions routed through it, and can make a very clean plug in adapter for the automatic harness. Remove the extra pinouts untill you have what is pictured. I used a relay to control the heavy black wires - they supply power to the starter solenoid. The relay allows the neutral safety switch to interrupt power until the clutch pedal is pressed. (See the image supplied) I removed the safety interlock control box, and the silver plunger beneath the key switch to allow the key to be removed from the ignition switch. You just need to remove the steering column shroud and look at it. Also, if you have cruise control, connect the pink wire to the lower clutch pedal switch. The other side of the lower switch goes to a convenient ground.
