i swear..its always that night u think "aww itll be coo". usually id rive a 1992 ford taurus around late or when i knowill be in late and just keep the civic in my dads garage..but nah this time i was being ****** stupid and parked at my moms apt where i crashed. i parked right in front of her door basically..under a lit canopy. where the **** was the security guard i always see on the bike? knowin suckas these days he prolly knew what wassup. they slimjimmed i guess..popped the hood..battery trick so no alarm..didnt steal **** from the egine bay...go inside my car..everything scatted..now im gonna have my bank account changed..******* stole that from my glove. stole a couple hoodies my girl got me. wtf wants some hoodies ..all that risk for some hoodies. only thing i got inside is 99si radio and a spoon ****. left it all. left my slipstreams alone etc etc. i dont think the guys r racers or profressional thiefs. they tried to cut my wheel and did a shitty job..lol time for a sparco right? damn they didnt steal any cd's..prolly like "**** that underground packer **** i need some gangsta **** for the next stick up"..lol..biggest thing luckily..is i remove my ecu evryyy nite..alarms, clubs, etc dont do ****..and all my mon car friends always makes fun of me for removing my ecu..

watch your ****. remove the ecu..even if uhave an alarm and lowjack.remove the damn ecu.

punk *** fools stealin 9 year old dx's..if i was gonna take that risk id go steal a escalade or somethin.dumb asses

I am guessing you are in riverside area, theft is very common there as it is in most parts of socal. Theives are stupid, and need to be caught and punished, severely

my boy's car got broken into on april 17th in the 909 area code too. it was in a lot at ucr. they broke into his car, and really messed up his steering collumn. the whole thing was twisted around, and you cannot even turn the wheel. it really is a pain in the *** for him, now that he has to get it fixed, especially since he is trying to sell it.

yea i go to ucr too..lots of people get jacked..i think most of em are R's..quite a few kids got em there.i just put my ecu in my backpack

good idea.....damnit, another one of my friends car almost got jacked last night. they got into his car and ripped his ignition covers off. the only thing that stopped them was the Autolock. they tried to open his trunk, but his trunk was locked, so they popped his hood and cuz the positive. i don't see what the point of that was. all they took were his cd's. this is on a 2000 civic si. this is now two cars in the past week, and both of them at ucr in lot 22. what a bitch!!!!!!!

the deadbolts are a good idea but all they would have to do is just smash out a window and climb in. i guess that would suck but they would have a bitch of a time gettin under the dash to hotwire it or whatever.

..hehe down here in phoenix i'm sure its not as hot as so cal but the import scene is big so thiefs are a problem....on my buddies 2000 si he has a removable steering wheel,its illegal but who the **** checks out your wheel ,and weve been pulled over and the pigs never mention,they probably dont know its illegal. its supposed to be for racing only but you pull a pin and turn and the sterring wheel pops off ...you cant stick anything in it to turn it either so it works good...theres also a co in south africa that makes shifter locks,there ugly but they keep you car in reverse or whatever gear you want with a big steel lock and some steel peices that are mounted to the floor through the middle console...both of these i have not seen alot but seem to do the trick..i'll post the site for the steering wheel when i get a chance

Lot 22 is the A & I student parking lot. It is for dorm resident parking. Did you hear that a couple of months ago, in lot 30, someone got shot in the head for an attempted car jacking?

ull get jacked easily behind the science librabry..and also the big lot where u gotta walk under the freeway.due to time of classes/amount of kids at school i always have to park in these places..i just remove my ecu

Damn... Once I drop my car and get rims, I'm sure someone will try to jack it. The deadbolts were a VERY good idea, but alas I'm not technically inclined. I want to do it in the future.

you mean the lot near the engineering building? and yeah the lot on Martin Luther King is too big of a lot to patrol. do you run into any break ins during the day because there are a good amount of bike patrol from what i have seen.
