which ARP extended wheels studs am i supposed to use on my 98 EK

Eran said it quite well, but to elaborate a little bit, if you order them off of a website you should be given the option to choose an application. Choose the one that includes your car.

For Honda's, they sell offer them in packs of 4 or 5, depending on what lug config you're running. Also they offer them in short or extended versions depending on what set up you're looking for. For example:
