im gonna be boosting it soon and the head gasket is new, so there is no point of taking the head off. trying to save myself taking the motor apart if i can just thread the studs through the head into the block and torque them. why create more work?

when you switch to arp head studs you will want to change the head gasket , so if you have some miracle way to change the head gasket with out removing the head please let us know

u have to changed the HG already sense u put miles on it, when it heats up it stretches and if u take the head off u cant reuse HG, if ur going to put arp head studs u have to unbolt the head which might lift from block a little, might as well get better HG if ur boosting

I was thinking you might be able to get away with just replacing them one by one but I wouldn't recommend it since you're planning on boost. Be safe and do like the others recommend and replace/upgrade the headgasket.
