I don't have an ASR Subframe brace, but seeing how it mounts, having a 99 SI with an Apexi WS2 with stock Sway bar / end links, I don't see why it wouldn't.

It is very close if it doesn't rub a little bit. I have marks from it rubbing the d bracket on my eh2.

I had to heat up and bend my exhaust hangers on my 93 coupe when I ran the WS2 with my 24mm sway bar. It would rub and rattle. After that I had no problems.
