anyone used these kinds of fuel pressure regulators before?

this is for my beater. on my other cars i have always run an aem or b&m fuel pressure regulator. but i figure for 40 bucks what the hell. so what do you guys think?

i wouldnt use it because of how many times they say jdm in that page
