Re: (whoobeedoobee)
if you're ****, i'd pull it out and clean it with carb cleaner or something
a couple years back, i bought a $3 pcv valve from the local autozone (or whatever store it was) and spent an hour or two getting it to fit on my ol 94 gsr... [complete PITA because the nipple on the new cheapo pcv valve was bigger than the nipple on the stock pcv valve and the rubber hose was extremely difficult to get on there when you can barely fit 1 hand down in there... i finally got it in there... and went for a drive and the car started stalling... i guess the cheapo pcv valve was letting too much air in/out (whatever it does) and causing the car to bog and stall... after all of that i had to take the new one back out and put the old one back in... it was perfectly fine after that. while i had the stock one out, i cleaned it (because, im **** too) with carb cleaner.
long story short is was a waste of a couple hours and a royal PITA for nothing. if you cant easily reach it, and you're not having problems, i wouldn't mess with it.
