pcv valve question
my pcv valve isnt connected to anything right now and it hasnt been for a while. the guy who had the car before me, had it turbo'd and he said he unplugged the pcv valve for some reason. im trying to find out where it plugs back in. and with that not being plugged in, am i losing a lot of oil that way? thanks a lot
On my 92 RS, the top of the PCV valve has a hose that connects to one of the big ports on the intake manifold, and the bottom goes to the oil breather box on the back of the block.
what year is your car?? 95 and older have a pcv valve attached above the intake manifold and runs to a black box located behind yoru block...96-current is directly attached to the valve cover itself..I disconnected my PCV valve when i opted for a oil catch can..no harm done

Should go to the intake manifold. Not a big deal its just for emissions.
