Ok...so the whole KMPH stamp is a difficult decision and I wanted to see if I could get some input from you guys...
What do you think looks best out of these two...or should I just leave it km/h in the spirit of the whole ctr replica situation?

If you get a chance and think about it someday...just run them by a Kinkos or Fedex and have them scan 'em for a dollar or two.

Finished up the tach for the most part...still need to clean up the numbers a little but you get the idea.
NOTE: When you save them in photoshop...then shrink them in paint to fit on H-T...and upload them to photobucket...they lose alot of quality...theyre much cleaner than they appear on here...just showing you the concepts

Gas done...getting close to the end folks...soon I should have the layers printed at kinkos..
Does anybody want a full write-up on this whole process as far as pulling gauges out/apart/making the gauges/re-installing/calibration?

Yes, they would. If somebody takes this idea further (twofacedcustoms) then I see quite a bit of profit to be had. I'll be in for updates.
Have been wanting an SI cluster, but don't want to shell out the cash. Awesome idea that is long overdue.

You could probably make crazy money selling the gauges at mass production. People would just get EX or CRV clusters and you could just sell Si/spoon/Civic Type-r/Etc replica faces.

Yeah most definitely ^...I'm going to work on all the nicer OEM clusters for now...problem with re-creating the mugen and spoon clusters would be lack of pictures.
There was so many close up pictures on google images and h-t of ctr clusters I was able to do photoshop work and clear them up. Can't find good direct pictures of mugen or spoon clusters...however if you know anybody with either of them send me some names and I'll try to convince them to take a high-res pic of them.
Also...I would have to come up with some way to avoid putting the logo on...last thing I need is to have fun, make a little money, and then get shutdown.

Does anybody have any tips on tach calibration? It doesn't need to be 100% perfect but i'd like a digital way of doing this so it comes out close as opposed to driving next to your friend with a similar setup and see where his is at 60 mph in 5th and jamming the needle back on.

I would love a set of these, if you're able to mass produce, I would pay the $50 shipping.

subscribed. Waiting for the write up before I attempt. Could you give a little more detail on what you told Kinko's to so that I know what to ask for when I go there.

@itsnotfast...50 dollars shipping? Lmao...that's like ebay...d16 header....99 cents...shipping....75 dollars.
I like the concept though.
@dmeconitas...I will...there will be a very detailed write-up as soon as I get done...just alot of **** going on lately...just moved into a new place...and everybody knows how to makes alot of projects slow down if not cease temporarily.
@Trey...Thanks man...like I mentioned I hope to be getting on this soon and getting mine done. My spare EX cluster is torn down and ready to get the new faces.

Re: Anyone have 6th gen gauge faces scanned in Photoshop or Corel?
will these be pvc grade plastic printouts, that would overlay the original gauges? my other question if they are direct replacements how would one dial in the gauge to be accurate?
but all in all good work.
