Anyone have 6th gen gauge faces scanned in Photoshop or Corel?
I took apart an EX cluster, scanned and edited the faces from that to make custom gauges...but I was wondering if anybody had either the SI or just maybe any JDM or UKDM cluster faces scanned?

I am interested in this too. Could you send me the scans of the EX cluster you made by any chance?

I'm glad somebody else finally showed interest in this...JDM is cool and all but if I can find an alternative to paying 350 for a cluster...and get it to look exactly the way I want...and have it saved so it has infinite possibilities for later on...then it's worth a shot. *not involving indiglo gauges*
I'm at work now but I'll hit you up when I get home...what's your email?

My point exactly. The Si gauges are sweet, but not $350 sweet you know? I would love to get scanned images of an Si cluster and have them printed on high quality translucent vinyl to overlay my EX cluster. Maybe I can work something out with one of my friends and see if he is willing to let me borrow his cluster? Ill look into it. Email is EFSEDAN91@aol.com

Don't worry about it I have an SI cluster too...a local guy's daughter wrecked her SI so I got it for 120...if you haven't had practice on pulling the needles off and stuff you chance possibly killing the cluster lol...and you don't wanna end up shelling out 300 bones for nothing to replace your friends. As soon I finish toying with my EX gauges I'll pull those faces and scan the SI ones too.

All scans will be sent of the EX cluster tonight. I can't scan the SI until I finish the EX gauges...gotta have something in the car.
350 for SI? Nah...I paid 120.
When I send the scans I'll send a basic pic of what the ones I'm working on look like.
What format does everyone need the pictures in?

I just decided to post them on here in case anybody else in the HT world wants them to mess around with.
You have to get creative with the wand tool...and then blur the tick marks because the wand tool leaves the edges a little rough...or just make new marks...I rounded the edges of the odometer and trip holes too so they weren't so square

nice! If you don't mind, I'd love this in an SVG format. If it's too much trouble, no worries, I'm sure I can make this work. Thanks again!

You know, I've always wondered why none of the gauge face manufacturers haven't just copied or made similar gauge face replacements and sold them for $50.
Just make Si, CTR, ITR, etc. replicas so people can just swap they gauge faces for a much cheaper, more economical, and sensible alternative to blowing $200-500 on a simple aesthetic upgrade.

grumblemarc could you elaborate if it isn't too much trouble? I've never used illustrator at all. Would that make it easier to make a complete new tick mark setup for like kmph?
