Hey guys, I'm looking for a way to check my fuel pressure. I went to advance yesterday and bought on of there fuel pressure testers, but it didn't fit. It was only made to fit domestic cars, not imports. None of the attachments that came with the kit, even came close to fitting my car.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I appreciate the help, but I'm looking for a tester if posible. I have that gauge in my garage right now, but I don't want to put it on until I get my new fuel rail. I don't want to splice into the fuel line because then I'll have to buy a new one when I get the fuel rail. It's a $70 piece of hose, and I don't see the need in spending all of that money, just to test my fuel pressure regulator.

what is there to splice? the gauge bolt up on the fuel filter

I wasn't sure that the gauge would fit on the fuel filter. Well, cool then. I'll try that tonight when I get home from work. Thanks for the help guys.

Make sure to use teflon tape or it will leak.

i put a pressure guage on my car and it dosnt want to hold pressure when the car is off. is it possible it could be leaking from the guage itself? there is no fuel leaking from it though. it accually worked till i put a gsr fuel pump in. that is accually when it stop holding pressure. it is in a 94 ex w/z6. any ideas???
