Any nifty little tricks to get the valve seals out of PR3 head?
I am B**LS deep into this PR3 head and I am having a hard time getting the valve seals out of it. I don't want to use too much force an break anything. Is there anyone out there with a trick to doing this without damaging the head itself?

Hmmmmm. Maybe I just need to tug a little harder. I just worry when I am working with (what seems to be) fragile parts.

the question wasn't "how to replace". It was do any of you know of any nifty tricks as to how to get them out. And the next addition was that they were being a little hard to get out. Thanks "ej1sleeper" for the HELPFUL info.
