I just got my new EG https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=739023 but i have ran into 2 problems. For one the antenna sucks on this car along with reception, i can't get stations i used to get with my EF with the same stereo. Anyone know how to fix this?? also the heater doesnt work as hard as my old one did in my EF i know its bad to compare, but i have to when its kinda bad...anyone know anything i can do??

might wanna check the blower. leaves and other **** can get in there and restrict flow.

hmm ill check that for leaves and junk, but what about reception??

Maybe the blower motor is on its way out? My gf's EK has shitty reception also. I know it's not the radio cuz it's the same one I had in my Bimmer and it worked really well. I'm still looking for a way to resolve the reception issue.

get an antenna booster from jcwhitney
I have one on my car and I have no antenna and I am able to pull in 80% of fm stations

i also get crappy reception in my 5th gen both of them.. i just listen to cd's

damn so i guess all honda's receptions suck..so that antenna booster works that well??

once i wrapped tne foil from my cig pack around the antennae and it actually boosted the signal a good amount
