Sounds like you need someone that knows what they are doing to do these for you.
Or you could try to read the instructions. That's what they're for, to show you how to do something.
What an interesting concepts.
As for the halo's splice them to your corner light wires (the black and red).

As far as the glow gauges go, the instructions say to connect the wires to the headlight power supply. Red wire for positive electrode and black wire for negative electrode.
I havent hooked up mine yet so if you do let me know.

niether my gauges or headlights came with instructions, but the wiring is *VERY* basic. The ground wires can go anywhere on the chasis as long as it is touching metal. for the power wires, I tapped the red w/black stripe running to the corner light harness for my angel eyes and red w/black stripe under the fuse box for my gauges. if you still have a problem getting it done, I reccomend you find someone that's done it before and buy them a 6-pack or something

I did it myself....the wires for the halos are spliced into my corner lights. I can get you pics of it next week if you want....I'm taking them out to install JDM headlights, so I have to unwire everything.

Re: (SpydiR)
see...mine didnt come with instructions, thats why im asking questions about them. i have them installed, did it myself, but dont know what to hook it up too. i was thinking maybe that little turn dial on the left side of the steering wheel...the one that turns the gauge light up or down. i thought of splicing them onto that. i think i might just try it.
