Default Aluminium Flywheel warping/breaking.

I posted this in Tech but got no reponse, and I know a few people here in this section must have experience with this anyway,
Is this just a myth or something that should be a serious concern on a 450hp street car?

it can happen if the flywheel weighs to little. IMO, if you want a a lighter flywheel get a itr's.

Explain your theory, because warping of metal is almost always caused by overheating. btw I have a 12.lbs FW and definately want to go lighter, so an ITR wont help.
