Almost 2 months had past and.....
we finally got our baby back.... (click on sig below for the story)
The shop did a decent job on putting everything back, but with some minor set backs that they forgot to put. Like:
1. the screws are not the same and some of them are not even screwed in
2. the horn doesn't work
3. forgot the air-temp sensor (why the ECL is lit up)
4. they did not replace the busted glove compartment
5. gave me the 2K floor mats instead of 98'
here she is! Check out the ambers on her headlights ( o ) ( o )
my nu USDM gauge. Notice something that doesn't belong to a car w/ clutch pedal?
Yeah! stockie shifter and oh yes! the autolok
check out my rear! no emblems... $12 rebate from the insurance and stock muffler. not to mention "clean"
As for plans on hookin' her up again. Sorry fellas. she's a daily driver and the wifey drives her daily.
Now for the tech part....
Is it bad if I drive around with the ECL light on? I ordered the sensor, but it will take 3 business days to get it and I need her for work commute.

Glad to see you got her back If I were you I would take it back to the body shop and get some of that stuff fixed (the gauge cluster with automatic panel would **** me off to no end). And yes, Autolocks own

oh yeah! she's going back to the shop to fix the glove compartment, horn and floor mats. as for the gauge. It's okay, doesn't bother me at all. Just as long as they are working. besides, it has 10K less than the original
I'd never thought I say this, but with stock muffler and intake. She runs like the day we rode out the dealer parking lot. I like it a lot (except for wind and road noise).

your check engine light is on, that can't be good, unless ur runing not cat, then it's not a big deal, but it kinda is, if u have a ex, u got no VTEC, and it runs in gay slow mode.

nah, the CEL is for the air temp sensor that em f*ckin thieves cut when they stole my short-ram intake.
I ordered it last sat and should be here by tomorrow. So I ran it 3 days with CEL on.
