Alright, after a whole day of rain, my signal lights start giving me some headache. Here's the situation, when i turn on my corner or head lights, my left signal light is on constantly with them, that means my front and rear left signal light is always on without blinking. And if the corner or headlights is not on and when i put on left signal, my interior lights and parking lights will blink at the same time(feels like a disco inside ). that mean if i have my headlights on, i can't use the left signal(because they are already on). i am not sure if it is the signal relay or something else. Does anyone know what is going on with my lights?? Any opinion will be great.

check the bulb and wires in your front left signal. Since the same bulb does both jobs it's posible that there is a short in the connector. Also water is a conductor so try to either use something to seal the socket so that water doesn't get in or just get a new one.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, my left corner light is wet inside, but i though it cant short the wires of that bulb since the wires are sitting out of the light. i'll try to use a hair blower to dry everything first and see what happen.
