Default alignment question..

my 95 civic needs an alignment, and i was told from a friend that the rears of civic's dont need to be aligned an if something is out of wack in the rear you need to replace the rear trailaing arm.. the reason i ask this is because tomorrow i am going to get an alignment, because my front end is out of wack because of a curb.. an i was wondering if it is true about the rear having no adjustability that i will just pay for a front end alignment instead of a 4 wheel alignment if there is no adjustability.. thanks

The rear is adjustable. Another thing to note is that civics stock only have adjustment for toe and not camber or caster so the place aligning your car won't touch either of those.
