is a air breather good for your car, i mean i don't want to hook it up to the intake, i'll just suck hot air back to my engine. ????? is it good for not ????

Well, from what I have been told and tried. There are no tangible HP gains if that's what you want to know. Honda put that there for a reason, so why screw around with a good thing. And you are right, it just sucks in hot air from the engine bay. Just my $0.02

it doesnt suck air in it pushes it out. turn your car on and put ur finger over the hole it will blow air on your hand.

i don't think so (hondasleeper)
the engine gonna suck alot of hot hot hot air. and you know i have a cai, if i hook it back to the intake, it's like having a short ram intake. i live in mn so i don't have a smog, i'm going cat no cat exhaust to get the most hp from my 1.6 vtec engine. there is no way i'm letting it suck hot air. when it's 110 outside and i'm going 75 to 90 in like 4 seconds at 7,000 rpm it's gonna come in handle. the air breather!!!!
