Air Bag Question
Well I just bought my first Honda. And it is the funnest thing i have driven. anyway The car has blown airbags. Pasenger was stolen and the Driver side was blown when trying to steal the bag.
Now my question. I have to have bags in the car right? if not how do i pass safety? I would like to have them but 500 more just to register it seems steep. I thought that if the bags blew that it was no longer required to have them? anyone know? BTW I am in the UT area

You know. I know the damn thing came out of an Acura and it has roughly 170hp and like 115lbs of torque. But none the less I wanted my bros CRX and was going to do the D16Y8 conversion but as far as the B series I am lost. I love it though. Ask almost anything about the SR20DE and I can give you want you need. Former SE-Rer.
I know what you mean about safety but price is a factor. as anything we do to our cars. But I am wondering if I placed a aftermarket wheel for now and replaced bags later. HMMM because right now after that purchase, the bank is tight for a minute.

when i bought my car n august the airbags were already taken out, i don't want to pay for passenger one and have to install it which well cost mucho $$$ , i still have the drivers side air bag but i don't have the air bag harness, so i just bought a momo steering wheel to fix that problem and o yeah i always were my seatbelt anyways so i aint trippin

Well then I guess its swap time for the steering wheel. The passanger already has a gauge pod mounted to it. I guess the descision to pass/fail is on the safety inspector.
