nope. you gotta let it do its work. the air in the car has moisture. when it touches a cold surface, such as your windows, it condenses into that fog.

You need to fix the source of your condensationproblem too, if your rugs are damp or wet, you need to fix the leak.
lastly you can get a special anti-fog treatment for the inside of the windows from most autoparts stores, clean the glass really well before using it, it helps a lot.
Last resort, get a glass wiper rubber thingie with a handle on it and squeegee the glass dry, instead of spreading it around with a rag or the back of your hand.

Let's assume you don't have air conditioning. but if you do, hit the button with the picture of a windshield on it and turn the fan on high and the heat on high and the A/C on.

the product is called RAIN-X with anti-fog.
just wipe this on the inside of your windows and it reduces the fog that accumulates on your window.

stop breathing so heavy :-)
lol i didn't read completely through this but if you do not have AC the best way to get the windows to defog is to press the button that shows air coming in from the outside
here im probably being confusing
when you draw air in from the outside it has moisture in it, and you need that moisture to get rid of the foggy windows :-)
it won't blow as hard as the other setting but it will get rid of the fog faster

The A/C acts like a dehumidifier. If your recycling the air then it will pull moisture out as it goes through the evaporator which is the coils behind your glove box. You'll notice a drain tube that runs from this box through the chassis to drain condensation under the vehicle.
