Re: advice (speedracer001)
also , i found someone to trade parts with me, and will either take both my tb and manifold, and swap me a type r throttle body and manifold. or should i just keep my tb and trade the manifold or trade both. ...the car is very sluggish rite now.

Re: advice (speedracer001)
Would you mind cleaning that up a bit and fixing your typos. Otherwise people are just going to poke fun at you.
Some items you may want to check on that would make your car run crappy.
Your fuel pressure regulator could be set wrong.
Is you throttle position sensor set correctly?
Where is vtec set at?
Could you have a vacuum leak? You had to of removed and re installed allot of hoses. Maybe you missed one.
Are your cam gears set correctly?
Is your timing set?
Your car probably just need some light tuning. If you can't figure it out bring it to a mechanic.
