Re: Adjusting coulovers NEED HELP NOW!!! (dirtyapes)
jack the back of the car up, (might need to take tires off, might not, use good judgement) then u will see a set of threads and a base that screws on these threads. if i remember correctly if u have skunk2 coilovers it has an allen head to loosent the base up with, then simply use the lefty loosey method and drop it, repeat until u get the ride height u want

Re: Adjusting coulovers NEED HELP NOW!!! (VTECschmetec)
so what tools should i be planning on using? just a flat head. also do i just twist those threads to drop ot and also how do i know if its even with the other side.. how hard is it to do

To make it even with the other side just count how many threads are showing underneath the bottom perch. And for the "is it hard part", No, all you have to do is twist a piece of metal so it doesn't take rocket science to figure it out. Make sure you have some penetrating oil (wd-40 etc.) to loosen up the perches if they are stuck. Also if they are stuck I found a hammer and a flathead screwdriver break them loose pretty easy.
