Jack up the car, loosen the bit nuts on the coilovers and spin them up/down to move the ride height down/up. IDK about the tools, maybe just knock them loose/tighten with a wood hammer handle?

its called a spanner wrench.
Call tokico to see if they sell replacement spanner wrench for your coil overs.
till then you can use a flat head screw driver and a hammer.
stick the flat head into the notch of the nut, then tap it loose and spin it by hand.
good luck

I also use Tokico, with Coil-overs, and I will tell you from Experience,
USE SPANNER WRENCHES..
It can cost about 10-20 bucks and worth it..
You need to torque the two collars against each other, so they do not vibrate loose..
If someone else had "good luck" with it, good, but, I would recommend that if you can get some spanners, use them..
I also like to tap the bottom collar to make sure its tight against the top collar..
Good luck.
