Adding power steering to a 97 dx. Need the subframe?

Adding power steering to a 97 dx. Need the subframe?
I know I need the steering rack, all the lines, and the pump. I am going tomorrow morning to help remove the system, and I was wondering if I needed the subframe as well. Thanks.
Before you tell me it is pointless to add power steering: I had PS on my 2000 si, and I don't on my 97 dx. I hate the slow steering, and if I need the extra power I can always remove the belt. Thanks. Oh, and I am tired of parallel parking without it.
