hey i was wondering befor i buy this dx do 97's come with power steering ? and how would i take this ugly vinyl off ?

The DXes came with optional power steering. So this car may or may not have power steering.
As for the graphics, if it's truly just vinyl on paint its probably going to be heat, adhesive remover and time.
