Default AC/Vent Problems

Guys, whenever I turn on my vent/ac I get this horrible noise from underneath the passenger side dash. I don't know what the hell is causing this noise or how to fix it. Sometimes it is really really loud (mostly at low RPMs), and then it quiets down, but I have to find out how to fix it! It's going to make me crazy!

Edit: I've also figured out that it does not do it nearly as bad when the recuirculation (sp) is on!

Bump!

It is obviously a problem with the blower motor or possible something in the fan box(paper, gum wrapper, a Ben Franklin maybe)

It makes a loud howling noise almost sometimes...completely differnt from a gum wrapper or something in there, but Ill be sure to check the blower motor! Ive pinpointed it to the big black box that you can reach up and touch underneath the passenger side of the dash (right above where a passengers feet would be) anybdoy know what this is?

Remove the Blower Motor and you will find something that looks like THIS:

Check in the ducting that is just the Motor and FAN. I had a Problem like this earlier this summer. The AC was on and it wasn't blowing hard even if I had it on 4 but the damn thing was LOUD. I pulled it apart and Cleaned the Fan and it solved my problem
