When i turn the AC up all the way to 4, it makes a weird noise, like something is virbating like the fan or somin, i dunno, and the AC kinda cuts in and out, like it will just turn off for a sec, then come back on.

Anyone know what this could be?

I can answer for the noise when you urn fan above "2". Mine does this as well, and I would believe it is either the Blower Motor, or the "basket" that bolts to the blower motor.

I have seen replacement instructions either here or at CB7tuner.com, but never actually done it yet.

ya, i was almost positive that its the blower motor but thought i would check

also, when i have my AC on, water will start dripping down behind the dash, mainly on the passenger side, but sometimes on the driver side, any ideas what this is?

 

Pull the A/C!!! It's just 20 lbs. of dead weight anyway

 

thats ok, im tryin to keep the luxury side of my car, and removing the AC doesnt exactly accomplish that lol

 

drain tube stopped up probaly find the tube outside of car at firewall and blow air through it to unstop it
