AC blowing hot air...
first off I want to say that I did do some searching around and found no other thread specific to this problem really. everyone else has had similar problems but they were different too.
so anyways, the car is a 95 del sol, the a/c only blows warm air, we tried recharging it but it would still only blow hot air. some people have recharged and it stayed cool air for a bit before returning to hot air, indicating a leak of some sort. but this car the air stayed warm as we we kept pumping freon into it, I was checking the diy gauges and it seemed that the can of freon would stop pumping itself once the gauge reached a certain point, but It never made it into the red zone. So I then tried releasing a lot of the freon from the system to then pump brand new freon into it, and it still was only blowing warm air out of the vents...
as far as i know, the compressor works, I can hear it click on, the idle flickers when you turn it on, and the fans turn on. it would seem that all the car needs is a proper charge from a shop, but i'm not really sure.
i'm still new to learning about a/c systems, so if there is something we should be taking a look at, i'd appreciate some insight.

Please make sure to look under the HVAC system for linkages issues. It happend on my Civic that I was having no hot air, only a bit. I stared investigating and aftear tearing part of the lower part of my dash apart I found a white plastic and voila.
One of the flaps was broken due to a pen that got inside the system. I had to hammer it and breake part of the black HVAC box in order to take it out, much easier than taking the entire dash apart.
Do that check below for linkage issues or something that might be broken down there. It really sounds like a flap issue.

Xile that seems a bit messed up, you should have 2 more white plastics in there. The white rail you have with no linkage its proabably moving arround while driving and stucking open or closed when you turn your fan on. I realized you are missing the metal rail that might be broken because of excesive force due to something blocked in the flaps?
What if you get some hard and flat metal piece inthere with a whole to put a screw and nut so you can reasembly it? With the other you have broken you can just put a screw in and glue it. I know it sucks to change everything thats why I am giving you some ideas.
