AC/air blowing a constant speed and wont turn off?

AC/air blowing a constant speed and wont turn off?
So i started my car this morn (99 ex coupe) and the ac/air was blowing a constant speed and wont stop. Even with the **** turned to off and the recirculate button pressed n. I have no clue where to start on it. Please lmk if you guys have ne comments/suggestions.

Sounds like you need a new climate control. Theres a fuse in the engine bay for the blower motor that you can take out for the time being.

ill take out fuse for now, but how do i check to see if those things went bad?

only thing i can think of if use a multi-meter on yours and compare to a good one, or just switch with a known working one.

multi meter to test the wires? I can do that but damn. Thats alot of wires to b testing. Maybe ill just go buy a new climate control and if that doesnt work then ill go from there.
