Can't see under your car so I suggest you jack it up and check for play in your tie rods, ball joints, upper and lower bushings. It also sounds like some torque steer but it can probably be drastically worse with bad steering/suspension components. If it looks worn replace it. Almost every steering/suspension component in the front end can be replaced with new stuff for around 200. It just takes awhile.

If the steering problem is bad enough to ask about it then its probably a shot rack and pinion , inner tie rods.
When I had that problem I would accelerate and have to compensate the torque steer then when I went to brake I had to real compensate it going the other way.
Lift the car up and check out your inner tie rods, check for play.

I would usually agree with torque steer, but he's saying it's pulling "back and fourth". Torque steer doesn't do that. OP, there's something wrong in your steering. Check EVERYTHING for play.
