99 Si Motor into a 92 Civic DX
I was wondering if anybody done this swap yet? I'm about to do this swap for a friend, and I want to if I might run into some problems other than the VTEC wiring. If you can help let me know.

Yes the swap is possible and super easy.
Here's what you do:
Use your 1992 Civic engine harness and injectors because the 99 harness won't work easliy or at all.
The only wiring you will need to do is on the 99 Civic Si dostributor - you will need to use this distributor, but it will have to be re-pinned because it has a slightly different plug.
The 1992 Civic will have a 2-plug style distributor while the 99 Si distributor will have only one plug. Move these two wires from the one plug on the 99 distributor over to the other plug:
Move the black with yellow tracer and the soild blue wires over to the "extra" plug that the 1992 Civic harness has. It should be easy enough to see exactly HOW because the old distributor *should* have the same color wires in the plug too.
If I have posted incorrect info about that particular wiring deal, then somebody please correct me, but I'm 99% sure about it and I just double-checked it on my girl's 1992 hatch with 99 B16A2.
Anyways, after the distributor is done, you are done too. No need to wire up VTEC or anything because the 1992 Civics ALL had VTEC pre-wired - even the CX too. I've got a B18C5 in my 1992 CX and there was NO wiring at ALL.
How would you run this motor with no additional wiring?
Get a re-chipped P28 (1992-1995 Civic Si/EX and DEl Sol SI) ECU from kenji here at H-T. I run his prgram and it kills even the stock JDM Type R ECU I ran before, so he can get your B16A2 running good I'm sure.
The P28 is best for many reasons. First of all it PLUGS right in and runs the pop OBD1 program rather than the OBD2 bullcrap. Also, it eliminates the need to wire up a knock sensor because it doesn't read for one. Lastly, with kenji's progam you get better fuel and timing curves, better (higher) rev limit for if you ever get cams, and a better VTEC swith over too.
Sorry you got bashed on, but sometimes I guess people get tired of answering the same Q's, but your Q seemed very specific so no harm done IMO.
Any more Q's and I'll be more than glad to help - I've got a 1992 Si hatchback with 99 B16A2 and 1992 CX with B18C5, so I know a little about these swaps.

also remember that you have to change out the driver side motor mount. I'm located in pensacola, florida and would be able to do the swap for a minimal feee if you want. Paul

My bad, I never even got to the mounts.
Yeah, you'll need the following if I'm not mistaken:
1992 Civic topside tranny mount
1994-up Integra or Del Sol VTEC rear bracket
1992 Civic rear mount
1992 Civic front anti-roll mounts
1994-up or Del Sol VTEC front mount brackets
1994-up Integra or Del Sol VTEC mount and bracket for the timing cover mount
