Default 99 Gsr Radiator?

Would a 99 Gsr Radiator work better for my car and motor? 99 Civic hb w/ b18b, stock cx radiator. My friend is selling his radiator for like $60 still pretty new. Is it worth buying?

bigger is better...but you will have to modify the radiator mounts

they are usually $100 from yards too, so $60 is a good deal.

there was a post a while back about mounts for the rad's. Some guy had so really beat mounts and i said they are getto and he took all offence and said i dont know anything and crap. The were like strips of super thin alum with zip ties or something

Um, ive seen gsrs in civics with 2 of the stock mounts on each side, looked clean. Dont remember how it was mounted, but it was solid.

just get a delsol dual core radiator.. it is a direct dropin for your car and it is basically a integra radiator sandwiched in half. the teg radiator is single core and long, the delsol one is dual core and half the size so they have the same cooling capacity.

I think the one my friend has is a dual core also but it's not the long kind. is the long kind of gsr radiators considered dual core also or is it just the thickness of it that makes it a dual core?
