99 civic si shell salvaged
so i was looking to build a car......it'll be a first time project and i run into a "SALVAGED" red 99 civic si with gsr fat fives and no front end.......for 1200 is it a good buy? im hesititating because it's a salvaged title? aren't those more harder to insure?

sometimes...my friend tried buying a car and becuase of the salvage title the insurance wouldnt give him coverage or anything..you might just need to clean the title afterwards.
