Im getting spark, fuel, and compression the motor sounds like it wants to start but just winds out. Timing is right everything is tdc every ground is connected
all fuses are good spent a good 6 hours with a couple friends today trying to figure it out. Getting good fuel pressure. Tried some starting fluid that didnt work. Spark plugs are new, plug wires are new, dizzy is in good condition. Kinda running out of options, anyone have any ideas it would be much appreciated, thanks!

Have another ECU to try? What about your coil? Throwing any codes? If everything else you say is correct, it should only give you a couple more things to try. I would definitely recheck everything to be sure though. Like timing, firing order, and sensors are all connected and in the right spots. I remember rebuilding my 302 and the littlest things kept it from running. I was working on a Jeep Cherokee that would not start and it turned out the ecu had been fried from a short. Also check the pulse to each injector and make sure they are opening during the starting sequence. If you have that tool, that is.

ive tried a friends ecu, the coil is pretty new, the check engine light just stays on, worked on the timing for hours today, i cant check the pulse but u can smell gas pretty good on every plug. triple checked all the sensors to make sure they were plugged in the correct spots. unless one of them are bad idk. its getting great spark. getting different plugs tomorrow and having a friend come put on another basemap. other then that i dont know.

Check the codes post up what they are. Might just tell you what the problem is. I'm not that good with "built" engines on hondas so maybe someone in the all motor forum can help more than me. But I do know that whatever code the computer throws is normally an indication of where to start with the troubleshooting. I don't think the battery is the problem. Unless it doesn't crank. I would check to see if you are getting spark to each plug, check the codes, and report back. Tomorrow during the day I'm sure someone else can bounce off a couple good ideas as well.

messed around with it some more today found a few loose things on the ecu harness but still wont start. waiting for a friend to come try a new basemap and mess with the timing a little bit more.
